Helix OS provides analytics and monitoring tools, including:

Keyword monitoring.
Trend detection.
Analytics derived from publicly available data.

The platform may integrate with TikTok to retrieve and analyze publicly available information.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use Helix OS for lawful purposes, provide accurate account information, and maintain the security of your credentials and monitored inputs.

4. TikTok Integration

Helix OS connects to TikTok APIs in a read-only capacity:

We do not post content or modify TikTok user accounts.
We do not automate interactions or messaging.
All TikTok data usage complies with TikTok platform policies.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party platforms (including TikTok). Helix OS is not responsible for their data availability, API changes, or service interruptions.

6. No Warranty

Helix OS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, reliability, or availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

Helix OS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive or unlawful behavior.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Helix OS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and any applicable state laws.
