Service is billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

Customers may cancel at any time.

Helix OS will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable monitoring and alerting, but service is provided as-is without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate monitored pages and account contact information.
